Common questions

Do I need a card reader?

No. Customers can pay by e-Transfer (free, instant) or via a Stripe/Square link you text them. If you want tap-to-pay, the Square Reader is $59 one-time and pairs to your phone in under a minute.

Can I use it without internet?

Pages cache so you can keep navigating and editing offline. Changes sync the moment you reconnect. Saving a brand-new work order requires a connection.

I work alone. Is this overkill?

It's built for solo mechanics first. No setup, no admin panel maze. You can be sending your first invoice within 10 minutes of signing up.

Does it work in the US?

Yes. We're Canadian-built but US shops are welcome. Stripe + Square work in both countries. e-Transfer is Canada-only, but most US shops use Stripe links anyway.

What if I cancel?

You keep access through your paid period. After that your data stays in our backups for 90 days in case you come back — full export is one click.
